Elin is a physical defender who is very good 1v1 defensively, and has some great offensive weapons too. Specifically her right foot and her extremely long throw-ins.

She has represented Mallbackens IF for the majority of her senior games, in the Swedish 2nd tier league Elitettan.

In 2019 she got reruited by an NCAA D1 team in Tennessee, and had a successful year. She started 18 out of 19 games and got selected to both the All-Conference 2nd team and the Newcomer team. After her freshman year, she signed a new contract with Mallbacken back home in Sweden.
